Port Townsend Vineyards is pleased to showcase our wines paired with Pacific Northwest cuisine. Please join us for a delightful evening in our winery pavilion as we enjoy a gourmet meal of delicious wine and food pairings. Meet our winemaker, Ben Thomas, and discover how our wines are grown, crushed, aged, bottled and shared by hand.
Dungeness crab poached in coconut milk layered in thinly sliced mango
Sweet onions and leeks sauteed until caramelized and baked off with cream and cheese
