Port Townsend Vineyards is pleased to showcase our wines paired with Pacific Northwest cuisine. Please join us for a delightful evening in our winery pavilion as we enjoy a gourmet meal of delicious wine and food pairings. Meet our winemaker, Ben Thomas, and discover how our wines are grown, crushed, aged, bottled and shared by hand.

 

Dinner Menu:

2016 Gewürztraminer
Dungeness crab poached in coconut milk layered in thinly sliced mango

2015 Chardonnay
Sweet onions and leeks sauteed until caramelized and baked off with cream and cheese

Discovery Rosé
Melon salad with prosciutto and mint vinaigrette

2015 Pinot Noir
Wild mushrooms sautéed in Pinot Noir stock presented with mozzarella burrata and handmade gnocchi, topped with toasted almonds.

2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark chocolate torte with blackberry coulis spiked with Port Townsend Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
