2021 Malbec
2 Bottles
Generous aromas of black cherry, currant, split almonds and Szechuan pepper with deeper notes of savory chutney. On the palate find an attractive and bright acidity that leads into a ribbon of Northwest salal and wild blackberry components. 2021 Mistral Rouge

With every nuance perfected by our Wine Maker Ben Thomas, this exquisite blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre is as familiar as it is transformative. Expressive and opulent, our Mistral Rouge presents unique aromas of smoked alder, flint and eucalyptus while holding firm it's grip of peppercorn and herbs upon it's savory finish. From this northern breeze emerges Mistral Blanc, an exquisite white wine carefully woven from the threads of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier. Provence's sun-drenched terroir converges with eastern Washington's allure, as tropical and stone fruits blend harmoniously with Viognier's floral finesse. This transcendent wine graces tables with roast chicken in France and harmonizes effortlessly with locally caught halibut or ling cod. 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

A dark ruby red with aromas that will encourage contemplation and for the patient will reveal lush black cherry, bramble, violets and toasted brioche. On the palate find opulent flavors of ripe black plum and black cherry backed by rich cocoa and coffee bean notes. The mouthwatering finish is long lasting, find ripe black fruit flavors joined by soft ripe raspberry and chicory. 2019 Dolcetto

Double Gold Medal Winner
This Dolcetto has a lovely ruby color with brick red edges. On the nose find aromas of black plum, raspberry, rich ripe peach, violets, almond and a hint of mint. On the palate find soft round flavors of red plum, ripe blueberries, peach, almond and blackberry complemented by a rich mouthfeel and pleasant acidity. The finish is soft, heady and intriguing with notes of red fruits, black fruits and dash of cinnamon. 2019 Petit Verdot

With a pale garnet hue, this wine has aromas of overripe strawberry, black cherry, apple peel and lavender. On the palate find rich flavors of black plum and black cherry. The rich black fruit flavors are balanced by notes of cranberry, dried rosemary and a delightful hint of espresso crema. The finish is long and soft and the tannins are mouthwatering.
