One of key partner vineyards is Cave B, located in eastern Washington on the same property as the Gorge Amphitheater, on slopes above the Columbia River that reach an average of nearly 1400 feet above sea level in the Ancient Lakes AVA.  First planted in 1985, Cabernet Sauvignon has been one of the vineyard’s key specialties from the beginning, and we’re delighted to present this wine as the product of winemaking input from both Cave B and our new Port Townsend Vineyards winery.

Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a selection of our favorite barrels from the vintage, and it’s our most full-bodied and intensely flavored wine.  Maturing in French oak barrels has given the wine extra depth, spice and complexity.  From strongly flavored cheeses to grilled vegetables and seared steaks, we love this wine with a whole range of foods produced by local farms and restaurants.
