AVA/region:
Eola-Amity HIlls AVA in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Vineyard:
A blend of four vineyards in the AVA, but mostly from Keeler Estate Vineyards in Amity. Soils types in the AVA are predominantly sedimentary topped with volcanic.
Process:
The grapes were 15% whole cluster then went through a 5-day cold soak. They were fermented in small vessels and manually punched down daily. This lot is comprised of free-run material from the fermenters (press wine was separated for a different project.
