Fermented entirely in barrel, half in new French oak we hand stirred the barrels weekly, post fermentation. The wine was blended to highlight what oak and Chardonnay can do together to create a complex, rich yet balanced wine. Rich and creamy on the nose, the palate is fringed with ripe pear, kaffir lime leaf and panna cotta. Our 2016 Reserve Chardonnay is excellent with roasted chicken, wild mushrooms, poached ling cod or other white fish. Drink now to 2026.
