Picked in October of 2019, these exceptional grapes were fermented entirely in French oak barrels chosen for their elegance. Extended barrel aging and lees stirring helped bring out a creamy texture that helps the wine persist on the palate. You will find aromas of oregano, parsley, basil, guava, papaya, limoncello, hard lemon candies, key lime, and pound cake. On the palate, find lemonheads, pineapple, tarragon, culinary sage, and mint. Our team has been enjoying this wine with hummus plates, roasted garlic, soft aged sheep cheese, and grilled pineapple and prawn kebabs. Pair with Mt Townsend's Seastack cheese, razor clams, Brie en croute, or oyster bacon stew for a wonderful evening!
