Starting with our 2016 Pinot Noir, you will find aromas of ripe cherry and pomegranate. With an earthy and complex palate, you can pair to perfection with mushrooms, sockeye salmon, and well-raised pork.
Our new 2017 Pinot Noir is available only in this package for the holidays. With aromas of black cherry, alder smoke, and black tea we find toasted cumin, fennel, and papaya on the palate. This Pinot Noir would be a perfect pairing for roasted butternut squash and wild mushroom dishes.
Our 2018 Pinot Noir features notes of ripe strawberries, cherry cola, earthy dry foliage and forest floor with hints of cocoa powder, coconut, red roses and black tea.On the palate the attack is soft and welcoming. We are greeted by flavors of jellied cranberries, raspberries, red cherries and pomegranate seeds followed by intriguing herbal notes and a hint of lavender tea.
