2021 Estate Madeleine Angevine-  Picked by our crew and friends on October 11. We fermented the juice as simply as possible in stainless steel to highlight the delightful herbal nature of this grape as it growns on Portuguese Hill. The goal was a fresh and interesting wine to pair with our local seafood that grows in the same climate.

2022 Estate Madeleine Angevine-  Aromatics of cut grass, hay, lemon verbena and peppermint from this signature estate varietal. Palate follows with lemon essence, peppermint, and yeasty/bread notes from battonage (stirring the lees in barrel to create more texture and finesse). Partial oak aging contributes a touch of toast.

2022 Estate Siegerrebe-  Floral aromatics of honeysuckle ans jasmine, along with potpouri and meyer lemon. A touch of toastyness from partial oak aging. Palate follows with additional accents of key lime. Full bodied yet dry.
