Our 2016 Pinot Noir has cherry and tobacco notes and you can pair to perfection with mushrooms, sockeye salmon, and well-raised pork.
Biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir, our 2017 Pinot Noir spent 19 months in barrel developing subtle aromas of black cherry, alder smoke, black tea and red plum. Enjoy now with wild mushroom tart, roasted butternut squash bisque, free range chicken enchiladas, or add it to a red cherry wine reduction compote.
Our 2018 Estate Pinot Noir is one-of-a-kind, with a gentle and adventurous spirit. Years ago, these vines were carefully placed into hand-dug holes at our Vineyard on Portuguese Hill. All the while, our team kept close watch over them, nurturing and cultivating them into something truly special! We are proud to debut this sophisticated wine with it's subtle notes of cranberry, huckleberry, cocoa, and sandalwood.
