Columbia Valley Red
This blend of Bordeaux varietals is an opaque deep dark red with aromas of ripe blackberry, black currants, woody herbs and jasmine. On the palate find flavors of black plum, cassis, dried figs and baking spice that linger throughout the dry full flavored finish. This wine has a pleasing astringency that makes it a perfect companion for grilled or smoked meats. Click here for more details
2021 Malbec
Generous aromas of black cherry, currant, split almonds and Szechuan pepper with deeper notes of savory chutney. On the palate find an attractive and bright acidity that leads into a ribbon of Northwest salal and wild blackberry components. Tannins make their presence known on the finish with a burst of cacao nib and pink peppercorn that meanders into a warm sloe berry finale. Click here for more details
2021 Mistral Rouge
With every nuance perfected by our Wine Maker Ben Thomas, this exquisite blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre is as familiar as it is transformative. Expressive and opulent, our Mistral Rouge presents unique aromas of smoked alder, flint and eucalyptus while holding firm it's grip of peppercorn and herbs upon it's savory finish.
