For us, Port Townsend Vineyards represents more than just making great wine. This is about culture and community. By joining one of our wine clubs you will not only receive access to new-release and exclusive wines, but you are also invited to join us for events throughout the year and receive discounts in our tasting rooms and online.

Regardless of which club you choose, all wine club members receive 10% off all by-the-glass purchases at our locations. In addition, you receive 10% off purchases of 1-5 bottles, 15% off purchases of 6-11 bottles, and 20% purchases of 12 bottles or more. Club membership and benefits begin after an initial minimum purchase of $90/$150/$300 after discounts. To learn more about our additional wine club benefits, click here.
An allocation is an allotment of wines we set aside for our members. Depending on your club level, you will receive either three, six, or twelve bottles in your allocation. Our winemaker and team select wines for each allocation that are new, exclusive, and seasonal favorites we know the curious and adventurous will enjoy.
Members are required to have a valid credit card on file that will be charged for each allocation. You can change or update this information in person, over the phone, or online. Members are notified via email with dates and confirmation of allocation charges. Although your credit card is on file for wine club, we are not able at all times to charge your card for day-to-day tasting room transactions. Prices per allocation fall within the following parameters:
Your allocation is pre-set to the wines selected by our winemaker and team. We offer some alternatives to select if you prefer, however we are not able to offer every wine on our menu for an allocation. Members may purchase additional wines that are not included in the allocation when they come to pick up. Members who receive their wines via UPS can order additional wines and our staff will package them together for shipping.
Port Townsend Vineyards does not offer an "All Reds" or "All Whites" option at this time. We encourage our members to try all of our wines to find their perfect pairing with classic Northwest found, foraged, fished, and farmed foods.
Wine club members receive two allocations per year in the Spring and Fall. Spring allocation releases in April/May, while Fall allocation releases in September/October. Members are notified before each allocation is charged to their card on file through email. Any additional allocations or promotions are completely voluntary to participate or receive. Please note, club enrollment requires a two-allocation minimum commitment.
In the top, right-hand corner of our website you can click on "Log In" to access your membership. Once you enter your username and password, you can navigate to your membership portal by clicking on "Hello (Your Name)" at the top of the screen. Members can edit their information, add or remove a credit card, check on the current allocation, add a shipping address, and see allocation order history. Once you are signed in, you can then see your membership discounts when you add wines to the shopping cart. If you need to change your username and password please follow the links on the sign in page. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are experiencing any problems.
Yes! We email information about each allocation in the months leading up to it's release. These emails include important key dates, information about the wines included in the allocation, and more. Credit Cards are charged a few days before the release date and you will receive notification with details about when and where to pick up your allocation. Members who do not live in the area may choose to ship their wines and will receive confirmation when shipments go out.
Your allocations will be available for pick-up at our winery location. We invite members to celebrate these releases at "Pick up" events, where your wines will be first available to pick up. After these events, your wines are kept at the winery location and can be picked up from the tasting room. Let our staff know you are a member and they will be happy to help.
If you are unable to make it to one of the "Pick up" events, we are happy to hold your wines for up to 60 days or we can arrange shipment anywhere in Washington State. Please email us with further questions or to make additional arrangements.
Port Townsend Vineyards can ship your wines to any Washington State address via UPS Ground shipping. Members receive a flat, $15 dollar shipping rate anywhere in Washington state, whether they are shipping one or twelve bottles. We are currently looking to expand our shipping area and will notify our members with any changes.
