Grown on Wahluke Slope, our dry Riesling is here to bring a zing to dishes on the lighter end of the spectrum. With aromas of lemon, lime and apple, this wine is mouth wateringly bright and refreshing–perfect for pairing with spicy food. As it ages and continues to gain more complexity, one can expect honeysuckle and petrol flavors to develop. Lemon, lime and apple on the nose leads to savory notes and beeswax on the palate. This is a dry Riesling that will gain more and more complexity over time. Pair with grilled white fish, creamed soup and baked pear would accompany this wine quite well.
