Picked in late summer, our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged completely in stainless steel. This wine had a deliberately long fermentation to preserve the natural aromatics, which include aromas of white roses, lemongrass, alfalfa and tangerine. On the palate flavors of starfruit and lemon peel share the stage with notes of tarragon and anise. This refreshing white wine finishes with notes of green apple. Pair our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc with Panang curry and vegetables, fresh Olympia oysters or seared scallops.
