Winemaker Notes
Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier grown and hand picked on Diamondback Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA. We ferment the wines in a mix of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel to find the balance between aromatic fruit and depth of flavor.
