A departure from our latest practice of Chablis style Chardonnay, this vintage, steeped in French oak, is calling back to its Southern Burgundian roots of Cote d’Or. A familiar nostalgia awakens the senses as we begin our journey with crisp apple notes, softening into stone fruit and a lasting yet reserved finish reminiscent of Dulch de leche. Enjoy a glass on its own, or paired with fresh Lingcod caught off of the rocky bottoms of the Juan De Fuca Strait.
