This lovely starbright, pale straw colored Reserve offering sets the stage with round juicy aromas of tangerine and key lime with notes of orange blossom and petrol. The wine shows balance with flavors of rich ripe pear and grapefruit backed by herbaceous notes of lemon verbena and sage. The pleasant and palate cleansing acidity is coupled with lucious notes of gooseberry and the zip of orange zest. The finish is bone dry but rounded and textural with a plush mouthfeel. This wine will continue to develop and delight for many years to come.
We started with biodynamically grown grapes from our friends at Keeler Estate in the Willamette Valley and fermented them in stainless drums and neutral-oak barrels to build texture. We blending for a long-aging Riesling.
