2021 Viognier
Our 2021 Viognier is a bright straw color and has aromas of fresh peach, nectarine and pineapple with notes of honeysuckle and lemongrass.
On the palate the mouthfeel is full bodied and round. Generous flavors of luscious peach and apricot are held in check by tart notes of lemon and lime peel.
On the finish the wine exhibits texture and a pleasant viscosity and is in balance with long lasting flavors of dried apricot, lemon peel, toasted almond and fresh ginger root.

Winemaker Notes
Picked on September 8 to capture the floral notes of early ripeness. A short skin contact time brought out some texture. We fermented this wine in stainless steel to preserve acidity and freshness.
