Winemaker Notes
We picked these grapes on October 11 and gave them 24-hours of skin contact to extract the trademarked floral and hopped Siegerrebe aroma. We cool-fermented the wine in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel, switching to lees stirring after fermentation finished.
