Our 2021 Estate Siegerrebe is day bright and exhibits a pale straw color. On the nose you are greeted by aromas of grapefruit, overripe apple and peaches. Find notes of orange blossom, fuyu persimmon and petrol. On the palate find flavors of fresh Asian pear, gooseberry and lemon tart along with grassy/ minty notes. The finish is complex, dry and minerally with lingering flavors of under ripe plum and kumquat.

Winemaker Notes
Picked by our crew and friends on October 4. A cold soak on the skins brought out floral layers and just a touch of tannins. Stainless steel fermentation preserved the purity of the grape as it grows on our estate.
