A blend as unique as the title it was given, our Riviere Blanc is full of defining characteristics which truly sets it apart from others in its class. Layers of melon and tropical star fruit on the nose with soft notes of bosc pear, green apple and a finish of honeysuckle on the palate, this is a wine to be enjoyed throughout the summer, helping to create memories to be cherished for years to come.
This blend is a great food wine. Pair with poached lobster in béarnaise accompanied with roasted fennel.

Tasting Notes
Both bright and lush, this white Bordeaux blend is everthing but boring. Tropical fruits from star fruit to ripened lime lift the flavors above a lavish palate.
Winemaker Notes
Grown on the same vineyard and picked on October 13, the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon in this blend were both fermentend to dryness in stainless steeel barrels to retain freshness and acidity, before blending. The tropical lushness of the Semillon rounds the bright grapefruit corners of the Sauvignon Blance, and they combine to form a very well-balanced and dynamic wine.
Food Pairing Notes
Grilled matsutake mushrooms or white king salmon.
