2019 Signle Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Minnick Hills
This single vineyard expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from our Walla Walla partner, Minnick Hills, is a ruby red hue and offers aromas of anise, cranberries, Morello cherry and sagebrush. On the palate, there is a balance of ripe and umami flavors. Cranberry, elderberry, iron shavings, ground coffee and black olive. The tannins are fine and lingering and blend with hints of almond and truffle.

Winemaker Notes
Harvested on October 22 from this sustainable grown (Salmon Safe and LIVE certified) vineyard in the rolling hills north of Walla Walla. A cold soak and a long, cool fermentation preserved the characteristic complexity of fruit notes that cabernet from this vineyard produces. Aged for 26 months in a lightly toated French oak barrel.
